Knitting kit for Elvira mittens with cable pattern

We have designed these pretty mittens with beautiful cables. We have worked the mittens in our own sustainable merino wool; Önling No 2. We have been inspired by the beautiful techniques of the Aran sweaters and have made 2 patterns with cable twists. One has a nice cable with several different sizes of cables, and the other is a 'fake twist', which is knitted without a needle. The mittens can be knitted in many variants and is the perfect gift

This kit contains yarn for the hat as well as a digital pattern.

Pattern was a part of Önling Advent Calendar 2020

The pattern is a PDF file. Immediately after purchase you will be able to download the pattern directly from the purchase confirmation page. You will also receive an e-mail with a link to your pattern, and the pattern will be available here at the site via your personal account - so remember to create an account :-) .

Procedure: The mittens are worked in the round from the wrist upwards. Stitches are set aside on a piece of yarn for the thumb before finishing the mitten. The ‘false cables’ on the palm side are continued on the thumb. Finally, the thumb stitches are picked up again, and the thumb is worked.
